Problem with the clothes

I see this all look good because:

The item id you have set is 520554. All item ids above 500000 (500000-999999) are seen as cash items. To fix this, simple change the item id to lower then 500000.

Or you could just use the normal files, make edits to them yourself, and the problem would be avoided. Repacks are for lazy people, I don't help with them.
