Problems of Opening server with partners

I was tired because of opening server!!!
So I'm going to open the server with my partners.
For example each person open for few hours and after that another person open it for another few hours.
I have done all the things like using the same sql setting matchserver and even we are using the same no-ip id.But the problem is that if its the time that my partner open the server

other people(for example me) cannot connect to the server


what's the problem is that?
Plz solve it for me
