    Re: Programming

I find 1/100 people who are dedicated to doing this quit doing it.

In GunZ you just mainly have to edit codes.
If you wanna start, start with html.

How can you even say so? He wants to learn programming to do something for GunZ. He hasn't even started, so you can't say that he doesn't get the concept of it.

    Re: Programming

Obviously he's a beginner and he's asking for a suggestion, I wouldn't prefer anybody starting off with C++ or C# because if your beginner then that is pretty dang hard.

    Re: Programming

If you are just starting, i would advise you to start with PHP, php is very easy to learn, and for gunz its even more easier, you just need to know how to deal with querys and a little file streams, that was all.
After you know some PHP, you might start with VB.NET or C# (very similar to each other, also very similar to PHP).

    Check this: PHP Tutorial

OR if you have an iphone or ipod touch then get a tutorial app from the appstore and that will keep you busy when your bored. Worked for me, I learned HTML, PHP, CSS, and JS that way. Also, get some books like military suggested. But we all know nobody will be that dedicated "like 24/7 to learn programming"

If for example you wanna start with C# then download Visual C# and follow a tutorial on how to make something basic like a web browser, etc..

    Goodluck on future programming mate.
