Programs would, Blender, Autodesk 3D MAX. those things are simple things, and you say those are not blender to create meshes and textures just does not interest me but eh creator many things look so ridiculous as the texturing is not very good so I'm speaking as I can improve or do better since you mention has nothing to do with the subject.
