Query delete all itens from storage

I need a query to remove ALL equipment all accounts that are in my DB. Does anyone have a query that, please?

It was only used DELETE FROM Table ... Use panel ready just leaving me injured O_O

Msg 4712, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Can not truncate table 'dbo.Item' because a FOREIGN KEY constraint referencing it.

How can I fix this and reset that table?

There are plenty of posts and topics about removing the key from your dbo.Item. Look it up.
