Quest + Clan server aint working :(

Hi ,
My Quest + clan server isnt working i did follow the tuts and i searched and got the matchserver and the channel.xml and stuff and i edited the server .ini And its still not working.
uh im using 2007 clients xios runnable uh can you guys help me with this please ?? :) Thanks :)
