Quest error FTW?

k here. When i got da client and the 07 rev files from system32 i found that the whole prison quests part was missing. So all i did was take the whole updated quests and put them all in da right place. The weird thing is that, everytime i edit the channel.xml in my server files the Modes and Maps are bugged. But if i start the launcher with the default channel.xml, then edit it and restart the matchserver, it works. But then it will get bugged again if i re-ran da client. Any suggestions o.o?
