Quest map developement

    Quest map developement

    Title says it all for the most part, I've searched, and PM'd people to no avail, and now I'm just trying to post and hope for the best.

    What do you do to change a normal map, into a quest map?

    Any help is appreciated.

    decompile a normal questmap.... place spawn points where u want npcs to spawn in your map... drop your maps into a normal questmap folder.... change the spawns to the locations of where u put the spawn points in the map... compile

    all the npcs do is navigate to your current direction...

    I don't do map developement, and yes, from DR.

    The old head dev just ripped IMO. (even says it in the xmls LOL)

    Anyway, thank you very much. Now to see if I or the current map dev, can figure this out.

    Converting normal map into quest map takes about 2-5 minutes lol
    Just few xml edits (npc, portal, def camera, boss spawns instead of player spawns) and add .nav file
