What's currently the "best" private server which has this anti-lag/lead, anti-hack and stuff without having a large shop full of crappy custom cloths and weapons?

Please do not advertise your own server, I just would like to see what the developers have accomplished when I was away, and therefor I would like to try a pserver.

Any suggestions which one to try?

You shouldn't be posting this here but according to your needs, HeroGamers is the best. Everything's stable, anti lead, Ijji-like (no customs), etc.
