1. unpack update.mrs
2. create folder interface in update folder
3. create default in interface folder
4. create loading in default folder
5. put your loading screen in loading folder
6. pack update up and ur done

Yes and No, some image files in default.mrs get incorrupted when extracting with the mrs unpacker. Their is a default.mrs that ain't got corrupted but i don't know where they got that one from.Quote:

About the not yet solved,, if its in the list it doesn't mean that nobody can fix it. Either it means that peaple aint took the time to make a fix or they kept it private. Right now im the only one that releases fixes to the public even before my own server is released. So i think their are fixes but peaple keep the fixes for them self.

ehm, this is on your own server? If so you need to know that this isn't a basic bug but a bug made by yourself when editing files. Try to remember which quest files you edited. Then try to find the problem, if that doesn't work you can pm me your files and IF i got the time i will take a look at it.Quote:

Both, matchserver and client (system.mrs) must always be the same. When it isn't the same you can't connect.

Ok thanks but i just wanted to do it myself...
There isn't any 'weapon' value in the procedure so it semms impossible..

Has anyone figured out how to run multiple gunz servers from one computer? Has anyone figured out Locator.exe? (Correct me if Im wrong but you need locator.exe to run properly to be able to see the servers in the server list, I made a rough layout in another topic but I know it cant be right, still learning mssql)
Anyways, From what Iv noticed no matter what the MatchServer.exe is ran as MatchServer 1, and we have to figure out how to change that so we can run more than one server are the same time from the same location.
can you run the old match sever and the new one at the same time?
if so just use the newst gunz client with your modd
Nope, its still "MatchServer 1"
Youll notice this when you load up your match server, it says "MatchServer - MatchServer 1"
and the log window is MatchServer 1 or somethin like that.
Need to find out how to change that and I think we will be able to.

I think if you can make a dump of the origional .exe and change the IP it checks for server online/offline it will connect to your server if you putted your IP in their.Quote:

Edit: Yah, they would have to or else in the log file for locator it would say something about not being able to connect to the database instead of an incorrect table/column
Komotost, if your making multiservers, you need to have them all with different names, and also different machines, You'll also need Locators help. Locator allows you to connect to a server without the Debug Server addon.

I can't install SQL Server Express also.. They ask me to install Windows Installer 3.1.. I downloaded it but when I installed it, halfway, it was access denied..
