Your website? Enable your PHP on your webserver.. Go to the icon, left or right click it. WAMP left click. Go to php, php extensions and find mssql. click it. it should now be checked.

if that doesnt work then go to C:\Whereever your websereverfiles are\bin\apache\apache2.2.8\bin

open php.ini

ctrl f

type mssql

hit enter
take off the colon. ( ; )

save

close

restart your webserver
