hmm can i use 2008 files which had clan+quest server?by jst replacing my original system.mrs files in that clan+quest server?

For quest + clan server you have to make it your own.
Or make your own mode, or edit some mode with Quest + Clan server.
Just replace MSM_TEST to MSM_CLAN.
You just need to replace MSM_TEST to MSM_CLAN then your done!.
