Register from Hosting Website

i want to make people register they ID Account from website hosting but i have a problem with Configure.
i'm already make it work for Port 1433 but there problem is i got Error config.php since my SQL don't have ID(sa),and Password .
Can someone figure it out how to make it work ?

and the second problem is. i want make AutoPatch from Hosting so they will not patching from Dedicated.
But i have got problem to :

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hope some on can help me to fix it.

Your most likely not going to be able to do this . It would help tremendously just for you to get a vps , and use that . Your probably using 000webhost and if so their servers are not windows so it wouldn't be possible to run mssql on there anyway . And even if then they wont let you run a sqlserver on their host .

Bottom line : Get a vps.

As GunZ Coder said, get a VPS, they really aren't that expensive, I've seen them start at like $15..
