Register page problem

I have made a server all done it's just 1 problem i cannot make people see my register page i have tried using AppServ ,Wamp and EasyPhp , it's just the same problem and my first ip was 204 or something but now its changing to 118

You said your IP changed, that sounds like a dynamic IP to me, you're going to need to register at

no-ip.org first of all, so you can get a address that stays static for your configurations.

Once you've registered at no-ip.org reply back here and we will go into step 2.

I'm little a bit noob here , which should i choose for the intended?

I personally run xammp when on windows as that will include your web, ftp, and mysql if you ever need mysql.

and for your game master what do you mean, gunz panels for them? look for esimands (Think I spelt that wrong)'s panels.

Now you follow the many available tutorials to get your website online, once xammp is running your web/ftp services you just move your php scripts/webite into c:\xammp\www\ I think is the dir?

And so long as you've port forwarded correctly everyone should be able to access that website via your WAN IP.

I personally wouldn't use xampp, so many lame exploits...

Xammp = C://Program Files/XAMMP/htcdocs

or htdocs not sure and if everything runs correctly why not gonna buy vps, much easier ^^

Today people can see my register page ( HAVE TO CONNECT TO THE NETWORK)

BUT IN 12 HOURS MY REGISTER PAGE STARTED TO GET THE SAME PROBLEM
