Remove Anti-Lead

I would like to remove the Anti-Lead from Jur13n's source, I assume I just go to the anti-lead release which he included:

And then just remove whats put there? Or would that wreck it? And if I did want to remove it and that not being the correct way, how would I go about doing it?

Thats true, that is my next option as all I get when trying to remove it are a shed load of errors.
