i have member on my server who use window vista (Vista Suck) and gunz dont work for this member can you help him for me :wink2:

hmm. havent run vista in a while but gunz used to work fine on it. with out more information on whats wrong and why it dont run, there is nothing i can do.

as for a client designed for vista there is no such thing.

gunz works well with vista, the only problem i mentionned is no laoding screens and background images

If he is using the x64 version of Vista then it won't work. No idea how to get it to work either, just about all versions on Gunz I have tried on my computer using XP Pro x64 none of them will load.

Most likely driver issues, driver support on x64 machines is pretty bad right now and quite a few games won't run on these operating systems.

If your user is simply using standard x86 (32 Bit) version then he has corrupt files or some other unknown problem because it works for me.

hmm, ijji gunz runs fine on my win xp pro 64 system. didn't have to do anything to get it to work, ran fine out of the box so to speak.

i used the bata it crashed in 3 hours

and when u want to remove somthing

Vista : Are you sure u want to remove this file
You : yes
Vista : Are you realy sure u want to remove this file
You : Yes
Vista :windows vista dont know this file are u sure u want to remove this
You : yes
Vista : you need to give premmision to remove this file
You : Give premmision
Vista : The file wil now be removed you can cancel it ot continu
You : continu
Vista : your files has now been move to the trashcan (dont know what its called in eng version i use the nl version of windows)

Vista worked with a few guys. But with the most of them, Gunz isn't working. And won't work until we get a client working with it, and thats: a future one.

i have my own server running on a Vista computer so it dosn't matter if you have vista.
i have the fully updated version of vista so idk....
