Ive been there into making gunz servers for around like 2 months or so.. But today i want to get something realy imortant to public notice..

So please it will be greatly appreciated if someone helps me out in a polite and a great curtious manner withot saying that i am a fking noob which i know i am. and etc abuses that people usually give to each other..

You cant copyright it unless you created the game yourself (a emulator or something) GunZ and anything associated with it is already copyrighted and you cant do shit about it. Its not yours to take legal action against.
Also since private servers are illegal yours will get shut down in the process of trying to do anything about it. (IJJI will probably sue you or something)
1 last thing : I'm pretty sure you can't copywriter the MPOG web cause it was created and coded by Lambda, it was just released to the community to use. If you want to officially copyright something, create your own web and contact the people that do copyright shit. (All the servers that use "Copyright bla bla 2009" are all fake, you cant copyright something that isn't yours.)
