Second: I need an scenario.xml that's fixed cause I'v problems with the one I have right now...
Third: How to ban a Hardware ID?

How the hell does ip blocking = hardware blocking? They deal with serial numbers on your computer's hardware as far as I know.
You'll have to code your own hardware id bans. There isn't any released.

Also, I've never seen that web before. It sure isn't in the release section. Do you have permission to release it?
