respondan plz cannot acces server

llevo dos semanas con el mismo problema, tengo todos los puertos abiertos tanto del router como del firewall, tengo el server status bien donde va mi ip publica allí mi system esta con no-ip. cual es el problema ? cuando yo pongo en el server status la ip publica 181.XXX.XXX pueden entrar todos menos yo... ahora si yo pongo la ip privada 192.168.1.xx puedo entrar yo y los demás no por favor díganme una solución ya toque de todo y nose cual es el problema uso no-ip todos los puertos están abiertos y tengo cliente 2008.

I have two weeks with the same problem, I have all the ports open both the router and the firewall, I have the server status well where's my public IP there my system is with no-ip. what is the problem? when I put in the server ip status 181.XXX.XXX public can enter all but me ... Now if I put private IP 192.168.1.xx I can get and others do not please tell me a solution and touch everything and what the problem donot use no-ip all ports are i am working with client 2008
