Runnable

Hi I hava a 1.5 runnable And it works just fine the problem is The UGrade 255 Named Administrator and the UGrade 254 Named Developer
I want the real name to be showed and With colors
Can any one help me please?!
Note:I Used the search botton and i found some few tuts but I dont understand any of them and i guess there not for the 1.5 Files
And dont please provide me some codes cuz i dont know how to do this things if u wanna provide me some codes tell me what exactly I need to do and which programs I will need
I want to do it manually
