You mean monster drop-items or sacrifice items?
Monster drop-items is the droptable.xml file in the GunZServer>Match Server, which you can download in one of the sticky threads in the GunZ Releases forums.
Sacrifice items can be found inside the scenario.xml file in the same folder as above.
