Searching for designer, admin, gm

At the moment I am working hard on a project/GunZ private server that try's stands out from other private servers and give you the best private server experience you can get out there and most updated servers you can get out there.

At the moment i have a server running in USA, I am getting it sponsorshipped since they can see the future in the project, the server is pretty good its;

100/100mbit connection.
99.9%% Uptime

More about that, I am at the moment searching for
a designer, admin, gm

Here is the requirement:

Designer:
Age: +17
Status: Active a lot.
Experience: Highly exprienced in designing.
Serious in the project and use a lot of time on the project/private server.
Friendly, and should never be pushed back when a difficult situation is there.
Contact: Should have MSN.
And more - The rest can be talked over a talk!

GM:
Age: +17
Status: Active a lot.
Experience: Should be highly exprienced as a GameMaster on GunZ and should know the commands and how to use them etc.
Serious in the project and use a lot of time on the project/private server.
Contact: Should have MSN.

Should be friendly and be good at supporting

Admin:
Experience: Should be highly exprienced as a Admin on GunZ and should know the commands and how to use them etc.
