Server Problems

I got a gunz server Running from the Netherlands
My friends in the Netherlands can Connect to it but when someone is trying to connect from The Usa then he doesn't see the Server

Any one Know's How to fix it?

Is your server 24/7 ?

maybe you have country blocking on?

Nope it's not 24/7..
And where van i find the Country Block?
At the Match Server or The Locator?
