setting up a database on my website.

I have a domain and hosting space(a website) that has mysql support. I was wondering if anyone knows how I could set up GunzDB on my website, because it's not working using my computer to authorize. If no one can get me a tutorial, or walk me through it, I'll get teamviewer if someone thinks they can help that way.

    Thanks in advance,
    Kerdex

I heard I could use MySQL instead of MSSQL, because they're basically the same thing.

    No they are different

    Example :
MSSQL > TOP (A bad replacement for LIMIT)
MySQL > LIMIT (MSSQL doesn't have this)

omg. Sorry to tell you but you are a bit newb.
You can't setup a server on a web server. You will need MSSQL. I never heard a website can host a server.

i thought he meant GunzDB to webserver
    for registration, ranking, etc.
    But he might meant ODBC
    i dunno.
Which one did you mean Kerdex ?
