shud I Managed Servers to run private servers?

Hey I was wondering if some one can tell me if I can just buy a Managed server online and run every thing on it.. I mean all the database and everything will be there.. and Also!! I would just make the launcher auto updating so if i edit something on my computer and I put it up it will work automatically :). These are the server I have options to..
