[Solution/Idea] To not to get sued!

ok, ive been thinking

maybe we can make an agreement with MAIET to allow us to use pservers.

you can earn money with people visiting ur site and clicking the ads (but only works when you get lots of visitors, thats why we have to do it all together)

we can ask MAIET to make an account there and give us the code for the ads. then we put them on our websites and then MAIET gets some money for our servers.
Not much, but maybe they will consider since some extra money could be handy.

Now you get an idea; "Fuck maiet, ima do it for myself"
well good luck since ull maybe get just 1 dollar in the next 2 months since u dont get enough visitors.

Ill explain again: The more websites /servers that do this the more visitors. the more visitors = more $ per click, but also more visitors= more clicks

Ive got +15 bucks in 1 day when ijjigunz released, just because I hosted the game client with an add on it (600 pageviews and just 17 clicks which means I got a LOT for just 1 click)

Maybe. We can make one internetsite for al the pServers. A site where you can ad youre on server to an list. And make an special launcher that auto. updates the right system.mrs and stuff.

That's a really good idea.
Don't think it would work as well as you think though.
You'd have to start bringing more new people to it cause the regulars wouldn't click em, and that means private servers would be a bigger thing, bigger loss for MAIET over time. And the ad impressions themselves wouldn't be too great. So I doubt they would go for it.

well... you can never say ur stealing customers, cause till now ive only seen people on pserver who werent even gonna get premiums in the first place so maiet actually still gets a little money for the people who dont pay for premiums.

First off, no way your making 15 bucks in a day off of 17 clicks, you get CENTS per click, not dollars.

Also, that small amount of revenue is no where NEAR enough for a license for gunz, and also note we are still using illegal files.

They are NOT going to allow us to use private servers, just deal with that fact.

on google its not an amount of cents each click its about the CTR% or CRT% or whatever.

if u get 10 views a day and all of them click 1 times (=10 clicks) u earn nothing. thats the shyt part, u need lots of pageviews before u earn money.

and I know its nothing but atleast its something. theres a difference between 100 bucks and 150 bucks in my world.

It's not allowed to do that, because google only allows ads per domain. So if maiet were to put ads on all you peoples site, they would get sued big time by google.

So we just put the ads on a big central site that goes to pservers around websites. And people will go there to see what pserver is better for him, and pageviews will go up, clicks, too, and we'll be using only one domain. ;)

just put it on 1 central site with some sort of top 100 of the best pservers and info about them, events blabla make it entertaining. and forums! forums get u lots of pageviews, thats what ive noticed

if there is a restriction by google on one site per adsence, i was thinking of frame... how about putting frame on each web site with google adsence. as far as i think thats legal, because its located on one site, but loads on other sites too...
