[SOLVED]ODBC Matchserver problem

LOL sorry about it being so big. but how exactly can i fix this i get it when i start up matchserver.exe.

I already did the obdcad32. but for some odd reason that still pops up when i try and open matchserver. not exactly sure why LOL. it's pissing me off though

I know how to set it up and stuff but this is a new error to me. o.O never had this problem before and a windows 2003 os.
