Some Questions about the new server of System32

1) If you make some1 a rank the name of the rank is displayed.. not their real name

2) How to change the name of the server? (In login screen)

3) How to fix the respawn glitch?

4) Is there a place where i can download Hex Editor? (The one i've now is expired)
