Someone help me with /admin_wall

I have a problem with this:

<!-- Administrator -->
<MSG id="3000">Administrator: $1</MSG>

i changed it for "blablabl" and still showing "Administrator" when i use /admin_wall , can someone tell me how to change it? >_>

u have to both the file in both client and server. Tht's prob wht u missed ;)!
