Someone Please Make A Tut

ok someone told me how to put npc's on a map but i stupidly thought that was all....the owner of smggunz gave me a sh1t load of stuff and said thats what i need and lol ya....ok can someone please take the time to make a full Tutorial from start-finish on how to make a custom quest...i want to make a few....i WILL, make alot of custom quests for gunz the duel...and will be puttin them on rage zone pro or newb...although im sure over time i will get better at making Custom animations and stuff...my first shall be pacman > just opens and closes his mouth then bites you O.o and those w/e things "ghosts" on a pacman map ftw? :P but ya that is beside the point of this thread and ya i like to type alot sorry

someone please post a full length tutorial on how to create a Quest...not in this thread cause ya but in Tutorials for everyone to enjoy so we can see a widespread of quest development apealing...plx and ty ;)

i would say my msn for just incase someone wanted to help me threw Team Viewer buuuttt...rage zone is filled with hackers and i like my msn xD...
