What mode are you building in? KOR or BRZ, open locale.xml in system.mrs and edit it to what ur building in, if its KOR then change to KOR.
Im Building in : KOR_Release_Publish .

In this case it means your files or runnable is encrypted, they must be the same. Which source are you using again..?
Me Files is not encrypted
How to fix please.
Encrypt your mrs.exe then repack the files.
If you are using a clean source then remove mef.
How to clean me source and how to remove mef please.
