Source?? <--- Help please

Hello !
I set up my server with the Jur13n editted repack, and works fine, I can login and everything.
Now my question is, how to make the source work? Ofcourse there is the Source folder inside the repack but idk.
I remember following tuts on how to add some stuff, like the RTD mode, I followed everything and editted what needed editting and no results. I followed the tut how to add a map, still no results. Everything I try ends up no results. Do I somehow need to connect the source to the server or what?

Visual studio 2003 -> Build. no errors congrats it works.

Not worth trying. Hire a developer, most sources are around 50$.
