sql problems

I have a few problems in MS SQL 2005.

1) I have no logins exception of Paul-PC, which has no Permissions what so ever.
I cannot make no Databases, edit permissions of SA, add passwords, nothing.

2) I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling, and nothing has worked.

3) When i try to uninstall sql2005, it doesn't fully uninstall, so i think its fucked.

4) Should i just factory restore my laptop and start again?

ps; if somebody could come on TeamViewer & do it, i'd be ever so greatful.

iif you use the sa login it should auto make your the admin of the sql *in saying*
Do you right-click database and "Create New Database"? Mess around with the mssql settings or make a new account in the mssql.

When i open up the SQL Express, i can login with a default 'Paul-PC', although the only logins on the Login DB are;
BUILTIN/Users
sa

Sa, has Login Disabled, so i cannot log on to it, and i can't create a new user, because i don't have the permission to .

although i cant login to sa, with pw. because the login feature in sa settings is disabled, i'm going to try re-install now.
