Storage Error. PLEASE HELP ME.

This is the third time I'm posting this topic. No one seems to help / I don't receive a proper solution.
The cash items which I send from the Admin Panel come to my storage but I cannot withdraw them.
I tried 3 different runnables too. Could someone geniuinely give me a good solution? This was never a problem in my old client. I'm using the decrypted ijji client.

From what I heard, either theres an error in the database, or the php script.
So, unless you know php/sql, your probably fu**ed. Hope this answer your question.

Then could you tell me what to do? And what do PHP Scripts have to do with the Storage?
