I unpacked system mrs and i edited a file but how i do to pack all that files to system.mrs again?

Like pahapoisu said, bascialy exactly the same was you unpacked it but "C" instead of "D" and point it to your system folder and not your system.mrs

It will automaticaly overwrite your old system.mrs if you have left it in the same directory so make sure you have a backup if you need it.
