search at theduel.exe

matchserver does it server sided, and theduel does it client sided :P thats where u get client/server XD
blakXmas helped me with it on theduel.exe, but told me to do it on matchserver
theduel is ZPostAdminRequestBanPlayer
and matchserver is OnAdminRequestBanPlayer
