Transfer accounts and characters to another DB

I would like to move all accounts and characters from my current DB to my new DB but im not sure how to do it. Can anyone help me.

Make a back up (.bak file)
from your complete db.

Exist a another method with Microsoft Excel.

Just use Import / Export tools from microsoft :)

Or use the Copy Wizard tools in management studio
