UGrade and Color Adder?

Hi, I found a while ago a program for adding UGrade and Colors without using Ollydbg or any hex programs, it was just a basic program for adding new grades and colors for it in a runnable, I was searching the whole forum for it (release page 1 to 122) I know no life, but I REALLY want it again, it was here on forums but I can't find it anywere.
