I don't think anyone is going to make a video tut for making a new grade lolz.
You'll be lucky if they make any tut at all.

And just besides from that, asm is easier than c++.

No one will specially make a video tutorial for you. If you use the 2007 files, just find the uGradePatcher released by Aristrum and you can easily have new and colored grades.

For the 2008 files, search for a release by Kyoshike which is a tutorial.

Go to "Search", go to the "Threads started by" option, enter "Aristrum" there and hit search. You'll find all threads started by him and you'll find the uGradePatcher.

For the 2008 files, do the same and type the user's name as "Kyoshike". I could link you to them but it's better you start finding stuff now to avoid problems later.

Anyhow, yea for some people it's more difficult because of being unexperienced with it.
But without even try won't get anything done either.
