Unpacking Oblivion's system.mrs

I just downloaded Oblivion's system.mrs and I want totry it out on my server. Problem is, I can't seem to unpack it. I made a .txt file and put in, mrs.exe d system.mrs, then I saved it. I renamed the txt file to system.bat. I clicked on it and the cmd program cam up for like 1 second. I didn't see a system folder. All the other mrs files seem to unpack but not Oblivion's system.mrs. Anyone know how to do it?

How to unprotect it because I need the zitem.xml file that's inside it.

Edit: Oh and where I can I download a good hex editor for Luts's Runnable aka gunz.exe for private server.

Make your own files, we wont help you leech from other people. That was the point of the mrs protector.

This was not done with a A+Protect file. This was done another way. You'll never unpack it. so good luck.
