Unstable IP cant load Locator?

Ok,as the title said.My Network is using unstable IP
I cant using my WAN IP to load Locator and the IP at ServerStatus
hamachi is not working for me
Is there any other way to change my IP into Stable IP?
or else,I need a Updating Launcher to update my system.mrs whenever I restart the computer
Aweb Updating Launcher gives error to me D:
What can I do?

You can buy a Static ip, google it...
If you don't want to pay money ,, fix your hamachi, it must work, what's the problem phpbb88 in your hamachi?
