mm, well great job, and would design insert be conciderable? i mean like u can see the grafix and the louding bar, can we insert our own animations or w/e?

The image component can be used for anything, buttons, progressbars, etc.
How exactly could it be more user friendly, you click on the component you want and drop it on the designer form. Customize it, then build.

The color of the background can change. I'm not sure why you would want to change the picture of the background when you have a ImageBox.
I think you can better do this with VB 2008 Express.
