The color of the background can change. I'm not sure why you would want to change the picture of the background when you have a ImageBox.

Basically, thats right. Only thing I have come across that c++ can do that delphi can't is VXD drivers.

The reasons I don't use VB of any kind are:

1) File size is bigger.
2) Final program runs slower
3) It is too high leveled a language to do anything productive.
