Is there a stored procedure for this to be executed, or is it a function in MatchServer?

probably a stored procedure, then MatchServer calls the stored procedure to update the game.
I don't know exactly if that's true or not, but I can try right?

Why does it take time anyway?
Is it that ijji or whoever check if the picture has anything to do with porn or wateva first?
Then to be processed, i dunno.

Because im sure it takes time in ijji Gunz aswell, unless its been fixed as i havnt played for years lawlz
