On the 1st day....I have remote my VPS once, The things that I did on my Stand-Alone_Computer/Server(VPS) is, I browse in Internet Explorer to download files and to install it to my server, but cannot download, I don't know why my Server/VPS can't download a file, I forgot to make a Screenshots, but it is just a few minutes (remoting my Server/VPS). Because the connection die. Then, I want to continue remoting my Server, but cannot connect, the connection is failed, here is the screenshot:

also, in Control Panel, I log on in Control Panel or Server log-in, I 'Switch Server to the Repair Mode', and it do repairing or booting or just like a reformating, then after reformating my Server, I click start to turn on my Server/VPS, then I try to remote back, but still the connection failed, I keep finding ways to remote it, but there is no way to solve it..
after 1 day, my Server/VPS can't reformat using Control Panel

I click Switch Server to the Repair Mode, but still, it is on stopping mode...
omg, cannot start, cannot repair, all is cannot....

This is my third day of my VPS [today is 1:19 PM 6/19/2011] (rented/sold started = 3 AM 6/16/2011 and will be expire on 3 AM 7/15/2011).
still, I can't remote my VPS, and they didn't reply to my email.
I keep contacting them, but on the time their office/service is online, like they doesn't fix my problem or like they don't mind my VPS rented/sold,

and here is what they reply to my email:hey, I cannot remote my VPS, what is the problem, pls fix this issue, I keep finding ways to solve it, but there is no way to solve it, I have used the Control Panel to repair/reformat(3 times),reboot(3 times),start and or stop (3 times) my Server/VPS, also I used Parallels Power Panels and Parallels Plesk Panel, but still the same, cannot remote my VPS...
pls fix. what the? pls.. fix it.. re-new my vps, reformat my vps.
