    VPS = webkeepers.com is suck , don't rent/buy VPS to them

    Announcement Every one, don't rent or buy any VPS in HTTP://WEBKEEPERS.COM

    On the 1st day....I have remote my VPS once, The things that I did on my Stand-Alone_Computer/Server(VPS) is, I browse in Internet Explorer to download files and to install it to my server, but cannot download, I don't know why my Server/VPS can't download a file, I forgot to make a Screenshots, but it is just a few minutes (remoting my Server/VPS). Because the connection die. Then, I want to continue remoting my Server, but cannot connect, the connection is failed, here is the screenshot:

    also, in Control Panel, I log on in Control Panel or Server log-in, I 'Switch Server to the Repair Mode', and it do repairing or booting or just like a reformating, then after reformating my Server, I click start to turn on my Server/VPS, then I try to remote back, but still the connection failed, I keep finding ways to remote it, but there is no way to solve it..
    after 1 day, my Server/VPS can't reformat using Control Panel

    I click Switch Server to the Repair Mode, but still, it is on stopping mode...
    omg, cannot start, cannot repair, all is cannot....

    1st day, can't remote [ I KEEP CONTACTING THEM, BY SENDING THEM AN EMAILS (2 times) ]
    2nd day, can't remote [ I KEEP CONTACTING THEM, BY SENDING THEM AN EMAILS (4 times) ]

    This is my third day of my VPS [today is 1:19 PM 6/19/2011] (rented/sold started = 3 AM 6/16/2011 and will be expire on 3 AM 7/15/2011).
    still, I can't remote my VPS, and they didn't reply to my email.

    I keep contacting them, but on the time their office/service is online, like they doesn't fix my problem or like they don't mind my VPS rented/sold,
    here is my email to them:
    hey, I cannot remote my VPS, what is the problem, pls fix this issue, I keep finding ways to solve it, but there is no way to solve it, I have used the Control Panel to repair/reformat(3 times),reboot(3 times),start and or stop (3 times) my Server/VPS, also I used Parallels Power Panels and Parallels Plesk Panel, but still the same, cannot remote my VPS...
    pls fix. what the? pls.. fix it.. re-new my vps, reformat my vps.
    and here is what they reply to my email:

    It is unfortunate to say in such a short notice but
    we will be changing your IP(s) in about two weeks.
    Our current IP supplier is not flexible and quick enough
    and we have had difficulties to increase our IP space,
    resulting poor service to you, our customers.
    We decided to be independent to get our IPs and
    we believe that it allows us to improve service and stability
    for the service we offer to you.

    We apologize for the inconvenience of having to change IPs,
    however, we make sure that you will receive the same number of IPs
    you currently have during this process.

    Another apology: the detailed schedule, procedure and as such are not finalized
    as of today. You will be informed of the detail as soon as it is finalized.

    Again we apologize for the inconvenience.
    Your understanding and cooperation will be appreciated.

    Also, if you googled "webkeepers review" you would of known it sucks.
