VS 2012 Cannot see strings

Not sure whats going on here, but I cannot see most strings ingame.

Maybe : gametypecfg.xml - messages.xml in system ?

No, it only started happenning since I started using my match server on vs 2012.

If you follow the tutorial posted by Xerwel, Mint2 will be screwed and Quest/Survival too.

This isn't what I was asking, I also didn't use his tutorial.

Well your problem is @ Mint2.

Do you know the fix or should I just WinMerge a fresh Mint2 source with this and see if I can find one?

Get default Mint2

Testing now.

Problem still persists, I have replaced Mint2 with a fresh one and rebuilt, still don't show text.
