Wamp (Ip problems)

i got an problem,

i installed wamp and was using Wizkidje his Register Page!
Only http://Localhost could use it and http://127.0.0.1 <-- Same :P
and http://192.168.2.3 <-- Lan ip

But not my Wan ip Http://86.87.246.204
1. i put server online
2. reinstalled

Any Ideas i may can use?

i heard something about firewall adding a Port of WampServer Only... Didnt know the exact Name too add and Port 80 or what?

open the https/http ports in router to be forwarded to your lan ip , and static your lan ip ( manual ip ).

Using no-ip/dyndns will not change anything, his router ip must be forwarded on his lan ip

Port : 80 for HTTP Server ( World Wide )
