Can anybody tell me which of these, or something similar would be best to hosting a website that can be very complex or very simple and yet run smoothly without any errors?
Preffebly able to run final rev, and stuff like that.

WAMP runs it well. I'm using it.
I'm using wamp as well but it doesn't work for me, what version exactly are you using? :o or do you mind showing me your php.ini + all the relevant config files :o.

According to me, Microsoft IIS is the best but it will need a LOT of configuration settings. So my second opinion would be XAMPP.

and then were it says Downloads pick the first one that says Xampp.

The version I'm using isn't on the WAMP download page anymore.
Also, the php.ini for WAMP is not in:
bin/php/php5.(phpversion)/php.ini
But it is in:
bin/apache/apache2.(apacheversion)/bin/php.ini
