Wath is my real ip !!!!(plz help)

i need to know today wath is my real ip cause at :

http://whatismyipaddress.com/
(when i put this ip on my server i dont see the Server Game)
IP : 207.96.xxx.xx

I got different ip on my router website : IP Address : 10.23.xx.xx

when i make my Router IP adress i see my server but not my friends

Help me plz

you must use your WAM IP (the one from whatismyipaddress.com) in the system.xml if you want to play with your friends, to do this you should portforward, the router address is most lightly a LAN IP address, meaning that it is only viewable by people on your local (home) netowork

google if you don't know what I mean, it basically lets you connect to yourself accross your network, btw if you were talking about what to put in the matchserver.ini then put 127.0.0.1 for all :p
