but it keeps giving the same error , can anyone help me fix this problem?

where should i replace the ntwdblib.dll?

Put it in the main PHP folder (Like, for me, it would be C:/AppServ/php6/)
Then the other ones that was stated (Windows folder, System32 folder)

What do u mean? mmm can u tell me where should i put the ntwdblib.dll in the DIRECT folder?

It depends on what you are using.
If you are using AppServ it would be C:/AppServ/PHP/

NOTE: That PHP folder probably has a number following it to show what version of PHP you have. It doesn't matter what version you have though, just put it in there. My php folder would be "php6"

I am using Appserv but after i put ntwdblib.dll inside the php6 folder i started my apache it still the same

Ok now also place it in the Windows and System32 folders.
Then make sure you have uncommented "extension=php_msql.dll" and "extension=php_mssql.dll" in the php.ini (Start > Run > php.ini)
